As an Older Girl Scout, each girl has
the opportunity to:

  • increase and maintain her self-esteem;
  • develop healthy living habits;
  • learn about her values and beliefs;
  • explore good communications and
  • expand relationships with family and friends.

Through good leadership training,
wider opportunities, career exploration, service projects, spiritual and self-discovery exercises, and other experiences.

Cadettes exhibit leadership development as they earn their Silver awards and Seniors may earn the
Gold award, the highest achievement
