What is a Girl Scout Leader?
The leader is of great importance to the group of girls with who she works. She sets the tone for the group, keeps things organized, and helps create the fun. It is a big and very rewarding job. Leadership of a Girl Scout group means mentoring  girls, understanding them, and being willing to work toward their growth and development.
