In this phase they acquire a lot of decision
making skills by working with the Girl Scout Council. Bridging to become an Older Girl Scout symbolizes maturity, responsibility, dedication, and loyalty. This is the turning point in the girls life where she becomes a "young lady" |

| By combining the knowledge and skills acquired
through exploring their environment from the Brownie Girl
Scouting Level, the girls are able to apply those skills to become great
leaders in the program. This also allows the girls to give back to their community through community service projects. |
